We are proud to have a successfully close business & personal relationship with the Architect Carlos Montero Gonzalez owner and director of the firm Montero architects www.montero-architects.com in which we have participated as their environmental, landscape & automatic irrigation consultants, designers and installation subcontractors as well in several projects in Los Cabos and La Paz area including:

Casa Rincón del Sol
The project named Casa del Rincón del Sol located in an unparallel beautiful corner of the Sea of Cortez’ East Cape with pristine sandy beaches and gorgeous desert mountains surroundings is built in a 5 hectares property and as an ecologically sensitive project has saved successfully large cacti and a lot of diverse native trees & plant material as well.
In addition of the desert landscape the perimeters of the house have many lush & colourful shrubs inviting to hummingbirds, butterflies and lots of different birds to be part of the sustainable environment specially created for this project in which palm trees and wide turf areas enhance designed architectural beauty and helps to integrate with surrounding native landscape.
Due to the success of this project it is now available as part of the book “Arquitectos Mexicanos … Una visión Contemporánea” AM editors. (Mexican architects ... a contemporary vision).
