This project was part of a remodeling project made by architect Carlos Montero Gonzalez to a house already built in the 80’s.
Working together with the owner & the architect as well we all defined what to expect form the landscape project:
“Removing existing vegetation and try to create balance & harmony between the garden areas of the house”
Particular requirements of our client were quite simple: “color & simplicity” + “easy to maintain areas”
Our personal choice was using highlighting colors to enhance solid white color of the house.
The final solution included a selection of orange flowered plants like the cracker vine, bird of paradise, tecomaria, yellow gamma in the allamanda and golden lantana, purples for the purple lantana, dwarf bougainvillea, blues in the plumbago. Using some decorative plants like the traveler’s palm tree, kerpis palm trees, giant bird of paradise and specimen trees including four washingtonia palms.
